This comes to you taste tester approved. I've tried it with several of my friends and it's passed with flying colors!! I promise it is healthier and tastes better.
I follow Danielle Walker's blog, Against All Grain, and own her cookbook. I'm not sure what I'd do without it. I've got almost every single page tabbed, I recommend you buy it, here! You won't have a minute of disappointment and the food is yum yum yum!!!
As for the Chai, you can see the pot brewing (above) and it makes one's house smell wonderful! Danielle used it as gifts, see her recipe! I've modified it just a smidgen!
Vanilla Chai Tea Concentrate 10 cups Filtered Water 6-8 Tbs of Black Chai Tea or Black Tea 4 Cinnamon Sticks 4 Star Anise 3 tsp Whole Cloves 2 Vanilla Beans, split in half 3 Tbs chopped Ginger 1 1/2 tsp whole Caradmom Pods (I use a mortar and pestle to crack them, not ground) 1 1/2 tsp Black Peppercorns 1 1/2 Nutmeg 1 tsp Fennel Seed 1 tsp Homemade Pure Vanilla Extract 1/3 - 1/2 Honey (depending on how you like sweetness, raw local) 1/4 - 1/2 tsp Lime Juice (organic, pure, clean) 1 cup Coconut Milk (full fat, from the can, bpa free liner, I like Natural Value Organic from Natural Grocers) |
